Introduction :
The Trial Balance Drilldown feature in the Fresa Application allows users to view detailed voucher-level
information for account balances. Users can drill down into the Trial Balance to review the Opening Balance Voucher List. This provides better visibility into the vouchers contributing to the opening balance. It also helps users review accounting details and perform accurate reconciliation more efficiently.
Note :
Select the correct date range before generating the Trial Balance Drilldown.
Review the required group name carefully before opening the Opening Balance details.
Verify the voucher-level information against the relevant accounting records.
Use the drilldown details to support accurate review and reconciliation of the opening balance.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Application.
Step 2: Navigate to the Accounts module and click “Trial Balance Reports.”
Step 3: Select the “Trial Balance Drilldown” option.
Step 4: Enter the required date range and click “Submit.”
Step 5: Click the group name to view the opening balance in the voucher list. This helps users understand the opening balance before transactions and ensures accurate voucher-level analysis and reconciliation.
