In this Blog, we are going to see Steps to View the Contacts List in Fresa Application.
Step 1: Login to Fresa Application and click on Masters Module.
Step 2: Select Contacts Search from the Masters Module.
Step 3: The Contacts list will be shown under the Contacts Search Screen.
Step 4: It will display with the columns like Respective person’s Name, Email, Phone, Fax numbers and remarks column
Step 5: If we need to view the Contact list which will show all the contact persons’ names, click on the Row option and select the option like All then the system will automatically fetch all the Contacts list in the screen of Contact Search.
Step 6: If we need to download the list, kindly click on Options menu and then choose the Download option.
Step 7: Select the required File format we needed and then the file will be downloaded in the respective format.
Step 8: If we need to add this report as Favorites, kindly click on the Favorites column which was below the screen and it will be automatically bookmarked.
Step 9: We can select the Contacts Search Report directly from the Bookmarks column which is in the top of the Dashboard Screen.
Step 10: After clicking the Bookmarks column, under the Favorites List column Contacts Search report will be available.
Step 11: When we click on the Contact Search report under Favorites List, then it will directly navigate to the screen of Contact Search.
