In this blog, we are going to see the steps to view Trans ID and Trans No from the Stock Movement Report in the Fresa Application.
Step 1: Login to the Fresa application and navigate to the main dashboard.
Step 2: Select the “Warehouse” module.
Step 3: Go to the Reports – WMS menu inside the warehouse module.
Step 4: Click on the Stock Movement Report under Reports > WMS.
Step 5: On the report screen, enter the From Date, To Date, and Warehouse details based on the period and location you want to check, then click the Submit button.
Step 6: The system will now display the Stock Movement Report with all relevant stock movement records for the selected period. On this page, the Trans ID (ASN and GIO) and Trans No (GRN and GDN) columns are shown as hyperlinks.
Step 7: Clicking on these links will immediately take you to the corresponding transaction details, allowing you to verify or review the entry from the same page without navigating back and forth.
