1) The User iId should be a valid Mail id. Then only the requests can be sent or received through that mail. Example: Reset Password can be sent from the User’s system to Fresa Support by clicking on the Forget Password link.
2) The User Id contains the same domain name as same as the previous ones created in the Application.
3) The User Id should be a unique one instead of an existing id in the system.
4) The User Id can be created from the Management Module itself. Also, the users can be provided with the required rights.
