In this blog, WIP Process in Fresa Application has been explained.
Step 1: Login into the Fresa Application.
Step 2: When Invoices or Purchase Invoices has been created, approved and posted, it will only work in progress cost/revenue ledger.
Step 3: Both ledgers will be mapped under the B/S ITEM.
Step 4: Once the WIP process is enabled, it will not affect any profit or loss ledgers.
Step 5: When the job has been closed, only then will all WIP transactions move to the profit & loss ledgers.
Step 6: After the job is closed, no further entries can be made.
Step 7: If you need to add any costs or revenue again, the job needs to be reopened.
Step 8: When the same job has been reopened, the P&L transactions will move back to WIP.
Step 9: After adding the new costs and revenue, when your team closes the job again, only then will it affect the profit and loss account.
